Subject: Failed sattelite

Location: Victorville		Last night on my way home at about 2:00am, I saw a strange object that appeared to be re-entering the atmosphere in the Western sky travelling slowly in a North to South trajectory. I believe it was a failed sattelite launch. Did anyone else see it?
